Like I said above, not sure about the sun, but with a pressure washer, and possibly some elbow grease with a 300 grit sandpaper on a vibrating sander you should be able to get your toons looking nice again.

Send me your cell# in a private message and I will give you a call and walk you through the process if you want.

Good luck, and thanks for posting. Keep it up so we get some good traffic back and forth!

If you have your boat out of water and after cleaning it
off, try a product called sharkskin. Our dealer applied
it before delivery this summer and it works great. Some
slime does get on (thin layer) but is wipes right off
with soft brush or washcloth. our boat is in a slip at
LBJ and we just go over to the sandbar and wipe it clean!
Have not noticed a differenc with the sun, but ours is
under cover and shaded from the west sun. Smile
