Our new to us 2010 Bennington 22SFI. We found this pontoon up on Lake Fork. A couple just wanted out after taking it out a couple of times. Seems a pontoon just wasn't for them.

With a little cleaning and TLC I think it will look as good as new.

I plan to add rope lighting in the bimini top for night fishing. I also have some baitwell lights I want to install. Looking for a Bennington ski tow bar to pull the kids and I think it will be complete.

On our way back to Crockett from picking up the pontoon.

Now if we can just get a little water in the lake we can use our boat house again.

Have you had it out yet? If so...how did it do? Where did you take it? How fast will that 90 push you?

We live in Pasadena and have a weekend place on Houston County Lake in Crockett. I have winterized the toon and put it in a storage building down here. Since I got her down here I have been installing an onboard battery maintainer for the 3 batteries. Added lights in all the live wells and just finished putting rope lighting on the bimini frame for some night time lighting. Last project for this winter will be underskinning.

The lake has come up about 1.5 feet since last summer but still has about 2-3 feet to go. Have not taken her out on the shake down cruse yet.

You are missing some of the best days of the year (a sunny nice 75 degree day). I know I am sure you have your reasons but I guess we will just have to wait to hear your report. I do most of boating on Clear Lake, if you ever want to learn Clear Creek/Kemah area (if you don't already know it) let me know and I will run it with you in your boat so you can lay down a nice track line.

Matt.
