Hi everyone just got my first toon about a month ago and love it!!!! I go to lake Houston every weekend but wanna go to galvaston and catch some reds but never been out there in a boat and I'm a lil nervous!!!!

We are really glad you joined our smaller group. I just saw your post on the other forum as well. Hopefully this will serve your "specific" needs about where to take your boat in Texas. I just got back from a Gulf trip, and it scared the Crap out of me...but if you have a good solid boat, it can handle a LOT more than you can. I have caught reds left and right in Galveston, so send me a private message with your cell# and I will give you call and walk you through it (everything from where to launch and what bait to use.
